Python 3.11 support

We are thrilled to announce the support of Python 3.11!

Python 3.11 allows significant performance improvements, from 10% to a whopping 60% in some cases. It also introduces new features, such as Fine-grained error locations in tracebacks (PEP 657) or Variadic generics (PEP 646)
