Logmatic.io is a log visualization tool where you can funnel logs from all of your sources, correlate them, be alerted on issues and find their root cause.

This new integration is an other way to automate performance testing, so that you can get “the right information at the right moment”. And it works both ways:

Logmatic.io alerts triggering Blackfire tests

Logmatic.io enables to log all sorts of data. It can be errors, business or traffic KPIs, performance metrics… Anything! And it’s possible to generate alerts when reaching defined thresholds. Is your production server experiencing a high CPU load? Yes, Logmatic.io can log that and raise an alert. But better than that, it can now trigger Blackfire to execute performance tests.

Now you know that something’s going wrong, but you especially know what, thanks to Blackfire’s build reports and profiles.

Start here with Logmatic.io triggers.

Blackfire, a log source for Logmatic.io

You’re already acquiring quite some data in Logmatic.io. And you’re already using Blackfire’s automated performance tests say, for instance, to be run every hour on your production server. You’re trying to find the root cause of a performance issue that seems to recurrently happen, according to your logs. Well now you can ask Blackfire to send build results to Logmatic

You’ll easily be able to see if your performance issue correlate with Blackfire build reports.

Start here with Logmatic.io notifiers.

Let us know when you successfully set this integration up, we’d love to get your feedback!

Happy performance testing (and logging)!
