Monitoring Alerts

By Christophe Dujarric, on Jan 24, 2022

Blackfire Monitoring lets you detect abnormal behavior, identify slow transactions, background jobs, services or third-party calls. It enabled to split the median response time by 3 on Symfony.com.

Blackfire Alerting lets you setup alert policies, so that you receive notifications on all traditional channels (Slack, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, email,…).

Some cool features:

Alert templates

Not sure where to start? Need some basic policies? Try one of our templates. Two clics are enough to setup your first alert rule.

Easy or advanced configuration

Setup an alert for a specific transaction by simply selecting it from a drop-down menu, or enable the advanced configuration to use a regular expression and fine tune your policy, for instance on a given HTTP method, HTTP status code, host name or selection of transactions.

Alerts history

Review when alerts where triggered and when the system recovered, or even mute an alert for a while if it’s too noisy.
