Your Blackfire subscription
Each Blackfire organization is tied to a subscription. Managing this subscription is possible through the ‘Organization Billing Setting’ page–your go-to resource for everything related to your subscription.
Here’s what you can do on the organization billing settings page:
Manage your subscription: Easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription as needed. We’re all about flexibility here at Blackfire.
Control monitoring quota: You can increase, decrease, or simply top up your monthly monitoring quota per your project requirements. The higher your sample rate, the more qualitative your monitoring data will be. Your monitoring quota has to match the reality of your traffic.
Add-on subscriptions: Need more power? No problem. You can subscribe to the Blackfire add-ons to enhance your experience with more recommendations (Quality, Security, Magento) or enhanced debug capabilities.
Manage your environment and users quotas: Are you working on a new application that needs its own place? Welcoming new people on your team or offboarding former colleagues? You can increase or decrease the maximum number of users and/or environments associated with your subscription.
Update billing information: There’s no need to worry about outdated billing information. With just a few clicks, you can easily update your billing details or credit card, or even switch to SEPA. This information is then propagated to our payment provider and your next invoice will reflect those changes.
Access invoices: Get all your past invoices in one place by scrolling to the bottom of the page. No more hassle in finding your transaction details.

Please note that this settings page is accessible only to Organization Admins and Billing Managers. For more information, refer to the Access Management documentation page detailing how to grant Billing Managers permissions to ease your administrative workflow.
Additionally, we offer a monitoring usage page and a profiling usage page. These enable you to track your monitoring and profiling quotas. You can monitor the usage for the organization or dive deep and check the usage for each environment. This granular level of detail helps you stay in control of your resources.
